DNB to sell Oslo Bors stake to Nasdaq

Norwegian bank DNB still plans to sell its 20% stake in stock market operator Oslo Bors VPS to Nasdaq, despite a higher bid by Euronext, the bank said on February 11. DNB is the largest shareholder of Oslo Bors VPS.

“We’ve committed to Nasdaq, so this doesn’t change anything,” DNB spokesman Thomas Midteide says when asked to comment on Euronext’s raised offer.
