Rupert Murdoch possible buyer of Penguin Books

Rupert Murdoch could acquire Pearson’s Penguin publishing arm if it were to be put on the market, according to research from Panmure Gordon. Penguin has a £650m (US$1.045bn) to £800m valuation, based on its 2011 profits of £111m.
