UK abandons National Air Traffic Services sale
The UK Government will announce today that it is abandoning the proposed sale of National Air Traffic Services (NATS).
Potential controversy over the planned sale of the government’s 49% stake in NATS has led to the government abandoning the proposed sale.
There were concerns over the prospect of handing control of UK airspace to German air traffic control group Deutsche Flugsicherung.
